Do you ship?We ship to most U.S. states. (exception would be the far North West corner of the country) If you live in a state thousands of miles away please contact us before ordering. We will work with you the best we can on shipping cost. We do not do international shipping. Kayaks can not be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Kayaks are shipped (to most areas) for a flat rate of $200. Kayaks shipped less than 75 miles will be sent without a freight cost to the customer. Orders from areas within 50 of an authorized Hammerhead Kayaks dealer will be refered to that dealer for delivery.

Does Hammerhead Kayaks fin drive have a reverse?Our fin drive does NOT have a reverse. Our propeller drives offer an instant reverse, no cables to pull, no knobs to twist. Simply stop pedaling one direct and pedal the other way !!

Does Hammerhead Kayaks offer rigging service and accessories?We sell a complete line of kayaks accessories from manufacturers like YakAtack, YakGadgets, Ketch, LineCutterz, Zpro, etc.. We also provide rigging service and can outfit your new kayak for you.

Do you offer financing?We offer financing to our local customers only (due to identity verification). We have 12 months interest free financing available with approved credit through Synchrony Bank.

What is the warranty on kayaks?Hammerhead Kayaks are warrantied for a period of 24 months against defects in materials and workmanship. Kayaks that are altered, abused, neglected or damaged by the customer are not covered under the warranty. Color fade is a common issue with kayaks and is not covered. We have kayaks in use that are 5+ years old and still retain the original color.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
