Our number one goal is to make sure our customers have the best buying experience they've ever had when buying a kayak. We go out of our way for our customers. kayaks that are shipped are carefully wrapped and marked with caution labels to help prevent any shipping damage. Kayaks that are shipped via freight line are only shipped with ABF Freight. They have proven to provide excellent damage free service. If you need any parts, accessories or repairs please contact us and we will be glad to help.
Privacy & Safety
Hammerhead Kayaks will not share any of our customer's personal or financial information with anyone without the customer's permission in writing. Hammerhead Kayaks always appreciate customers sending us pictures to use in our social media and our website. We will always ask for permission before using any photos and will only include your name if you agree that is okay to do so.
Wholesale Inquiries
We are accepting dealer applications. There is a form on our website that you will need to complete in order to be considered for a dealership. We will need a copy of your business license, sales tax ID, license or certificate (different states call describe it differently). We offer good margins for our dealers and provide excellent dealer support. Free banners are also included. We refer all customer inquiries from your territory to your store. We offer our dealers a protected territory and WILL NOT infringe on their territory. Having been faced with this ourselves in the past we have made a solid rule of maintaining a dealer's territory. We will still consider a new dealership possibility in an area where the existing dealer has not met all of their requirements to hold the dealership. So feel free to inquire.
