SHIPPING & RETURNS
We now offer shipping to the continental United States. Kayak orders that are to be shipped less than 75 miles from our warehouse in South Alabama will be shipped without a freight cost to the customer. If you are close to this distance please call us before ordering and we can remove the shipping cost from your invoice.Orders that are to be delivered within 50 miles of a current Hammerhead Kayaks authorized dealer will be refered to that dealer. Any kayak order that will be shipped further than 75 miles from our warehouse will be shipped on a freight truck or freight courier (whichever is determined by Hammerhead Kayaks to be the most cost effective and or quickest). Standard shipping cost for a kayak will be $200. If the actual freight cost is less than this amount the difference will be refunded to the customer. Amounts over this amount will be paid by Hammerhead Kayaks. We will confirm all orders by email or phone to ensure customer is informed every step of the way. Return & Exchange Policy
Hammerhead Kayaks offers a 24 month warranty on our kayaks and drives against defects in material or workmanship. Products that have been altered, abused, neglected or just a source of normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. Color fade in kayaks is normal and not a warranty issue. Any item suspected of having a defect will need to be returned directly to Hammerhead Kayaks or your nearest authorized dealer to examined and evaluated. Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Hammerhead Kayaks nor it's dealers assume any liability for damages, property loss, personal injury of any kind, taxes, fees, licensing resulting from the ownership or use of the products. Kayaks are not refundable. Other products may be exchanged or refunded provided they have not been used or altered and is in a resellable condition. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
